Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated works diligently to implement a wide range of programs that
address education, health, international development, and the strengthening of African-American
communities. The Sorority provides public service initiatives through its Five-Point Program Thrust of
Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical
and Mental Health, and Political Awareness and Involvement. 

The Hall County Alumnae Chapter (HCAC) strives to organize and implement a variety of initiatives to
engage, encourage, and improve the Hall County community and other municipalities.
